1. Process Flow
 1. Decoiler & Leveler
 • Hydraulic dual-mandrel decoiler handles coils up to Φ1600 mm and 15 t, with auto-centering for quick coil changes (2–5 min)  .
 • Four-hi leveler removes coil set (< 0.3 mm), ensuring flat strip entry into the line  .

 2. Punching Unit
 • CNC-controlled gantry-type hydraulic press (200–360 kN) performs high-speed perforation with customizable hole diameters (3–50 mm) and patterns (round, slot, custom) at rates up to 120 m/min  .
